Are you interested in being a leader? Emerging Leaders is a 5-day personal growth program for students in Years 10 to 12 who want to get started with hands-on leadership. In the coastal southern forest     around Walpole, you will take on adventurous activities, solve problems and make decisions as a team. Everyone gets a turn guiding the group, and you will learn that leading is less about being in charge and more about bringing out the best in others. You will come home with ready-to -use leadership skills and knowledge, feel more confident and resilient, and a sense of connection to the people and environment around you.


This program is suitable for the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award – Gold Residential Project
