Congratulations on your successful Abbott Foundation Leadership Program with Outward Bound Australia application! We look forward to meeting and working with you in the near future.

Set at Outward Bound Australia's national base in Tharwa, ACT, participants will take part in adventurous activities such as abseiling, high ropes and raft building on the Murrumbidgee River. These activities are designed to create real-world leadership scenarios, offering successful applicants the opportunity to test and extend their leadership capabilities. Through expert facilitation, structured reflection and hands-on experience, participants will develop the communication, resilience and decision-making skills that underpin effective, values-led leadership.
